We’re on the lookout for a Production Manager with a passion for EV technology and a proven track record in high-voltage battery operations. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact, this is your moment.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day operations across battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture, and shipping.
  • Ensure every battery meets the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Manage resources, inventory, and tooling to keep production running smoothly.
  • Mentor and grow a team of 3–15 battery technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with H&S, engineering, and customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
  • Track KPIs, report on productivity, and communicate progress with stakeholders.

🧠 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in the automotive sector.
  • SAP-level qualification for electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and EV architecture.
  • Proven leadership in production environments, with a focus on safety, quality, operational improvements and team development.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
