Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities and performance of approximately 25 field service engineers by leading, coaching and mentoring.
  • Develop, improve and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Work in conjunction with the National service manager, other Area managers and support colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
  • Actively promote service beyond repair.
  • Manage recruitment, training, attendance and disciplinary procedures when required.

  • Computer literate. Able to use reporting and analytics tools, Power BI, MS Office, SAP based applications.
