Senior Intervention Worker

The Vacancy
We are seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated individual to join our Targeted Family Support team. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive team, the post holder will deliver targeted family help and support to children and families across North Lincolnshire. You will take a lead on supporting and supervising a team of Family Intervention Workers to deliver outcomes focussed intervention, under the direction of the Team Leader. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children, young people and families, and will deliver interventions to improve the lives of children and young people in North Lincolnshire.
Working to the principles of the North Lincolnshire 'One Family Approach' the core purpose of the work is to help children remain with their families, in their communities and in their schools. With a focus on working with the whole family, enabling and empowering people to make positive changes in their lives in order to increase their resilience and achieve successful outcomes.
