  • Sales Reporting & Insight – Assist the Business Development Manager with preparing performance reports, market insights, business activity updates, and monthly pipeline tracking.

  • CRM & Data Management – Use CRM tools to log and analyse sales activity, identify trends, and uncover new revenue opportunities.

  • Sales Enablement – Ensure supply chain certifications, accreditations, and key procurement documentation are always up to date across industry platforms and portals.

What We Offer:

  • Generous Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.

  • Private Healthcare: Enjoy access to our comprehensive private healthcare scheme, supporting your health and wellbeing.

  • On-Site Gym: Stay active with free access to our fully equipped on-site gym located at Head Office.

  • Employee Assistance Programme: Supporting your mental and emotional well-being.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in the construction or built environment sector (desirable but not essential).

  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable producing accurate reports and analysing sales or business data.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, or networking events.
