Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Join our Student Information Services team and play a vital role in supporting learners throughout their educational journey.

As an Administrator (Enrolment & Data), you will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records and supporting a range of administrative processes across the student lifecycle. From enrolment to achievement, you’ll ensure data is managed efficiently and in line with funding and audit requirements, while delivering a professional and customer-focused service.


Essential Criteria

  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), with willingness to work towards Level 3
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
  • Recent experience in a student data-related or transferable administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain student records across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, and Loans from enrolment to completion
  • Support enrolments, exams administration, timetabling, and course set-up
  • Input and manage data accurately using student information systems
  • Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with audits, data quality checks, and reporting to support business needs

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.  

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
