  • £55,314 per annum plus additional benefits 
  • 37 Hours per week – our standard hours are Mon-Fri but we are open to applicants who wish to work more flexibly.
  • Home-based with occasional travel.

The people talent manager opportunity…  

If you’re a people talent professional, then you’ll totally get that an organisation’s biggest asset is it’s people… having the right people in the right places and ensuring they are supported in the right way.

You’ll be the person with the vision for our people talent.  Identifying how we bring together talent acquisition and talent development to be the best we can be now and with an eye to the future. 

You’ll understand how to use data to support proposals and have an ability to form trusted relationships – bringing colleagues along as we develop and roll out new approaches. 

We have talent team and you’ll understand that your job is not to do their jobs.  Your role is to lead, motivate and empower your team to take care of their area of expertise while you focus on the bigger picture.
