 Permanent, Full-Time, Monday-Friday 

 

 As a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations in both occupied and void properties. This role demands a multi-skilled professional with a passion for craftsmanship, customer service, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 

Installation & Repairs 

  • Execute kitchen and bathroom replacements to the highest standards. 

  • Perform multi-trade tasks such as: 

  • carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, vinyl flooring and decorating. 

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience with a focus on first-time fix and minimal disruption. 

  • Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) 

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, risk assessments, and safe work methods. 

  • Participate in mandatory training and maintain professional qualifications. 

  • Ensure equipment is maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations. 

 

Customer Experience 

  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and respect. 

  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. 

  • Contribute to customer feedback and service improvement initiatives. 

  • Productivity & Efficiency 

  • Maximize daily productivity and minimize downtime. 

  • Maintain van stock and order materials responsibly. 

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance service delivery.

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Comprehensive trade and construction knowledge. 

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations. 

  • Experience working in occupied homes and under time constraints. 

 

Qualifications 

  • GCSEs or equivalent (Essential). 

  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in a construction trade (Essential). 

  • CSCS Card, First Aid Training (Desirable). 

  • Full clean driving licence (Essential).
