Are you organised, detail focused, and passionate about providing outstanding service? We’re looking for a Compliance Admin Support Assistant to join our growing M&E Compliance team at Paradigm Housing Group. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our homes meet essential mechanical and electrical compliance standards, while supporting our commitment to customer care, safety, and sustainability 
 
What you’ll be doing: 

  • Coordinating servicing and maintenance schedules for key assets and equipment 
  • Reviewing and uploading compliance documentation (e.g. asbestos surveys, legal certificates) 
  • Managing contractor relationships, raising purchase orders, and tracking performance 
  • Supporting contract review meetings and preparing performance reports 
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Strong communication and organisational skills 
  • Experience in compliance, maintenance, or facilities administration 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a hybrid environment 
  • A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving 
  • Familiarity with compliance areas such as Gas, Fire, Water, Lifts, Electrical, and Asbestos is desirable, but not essential.  

 

The role offers hybrid working with two days a week at Glory Park offices (Wooburn Green, High Wycombe), and the remainder working from home. Our standard working week is Monday to Thursday, 9-5.30 pm, and Friday, 9-5 pm.

Where could this role take you?   
Whilst this role is fixed term for 12 months, our size; circa 630 employees and turnover £150m+ (which is growing) and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at Paradigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience, which will add to your employability in this and similar fields.
