Job Title: Front of House Supervisor
Location: Marlborough, UK
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front of House Supervisor to join our team at a high-end establishment in Marlborough. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Train and motivate front of house staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of new staff members
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house staff to ensure efficient service and a positive overall dining experience for guests
- Prepare and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
