Our client is looking for a Head of L&D to lead their learning strategy, design impactful programs, and help employees grow. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, oversee their LMS, and ensure learning initiatives deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global learning strategy (formal, informal, experiential)
Design and deliver engaging programs: coaching, workshops, online courses
Partner with senior leaders to align learning with business goals
Track and measure learning impact and ROI
