Permanent, Full-Time 

Our client is looking for a Head of L&D to lead their learning strategy, design impactful programs, and help employees grow. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, oversee their LMS, and ensure learning initiatives deliver real results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a global learning strategy (formal, informal, experiential) 

  • Design and deliver engaging programs: coaching, workshops, online courses 

  • Partner with senior leaders to align learning with business goals 

  • Track and measure learning impact and ROI 

  • Support leadership development and high-performance teams 

  • Lead learning initiatives for company-wide events 

Requirements: 

  • Experience running global learning programs, ideally in software/tech 

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills 

  • Strategic thinker with data-driven approach 

  • Innovative and inclusive mindset 

  • Excellent communication skills
