This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Application Support Analyst for a position which plays a key role in ensuring the Association maximises the benefits of their ICT investment through the support, training and on-going development of Muir’s business systems. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and dynamic Business Technology and Transformation Team (BTT) responsible for maintaining and delivering new IT business systems and transformational business change to the Association.  

  

You need to be a customer-focused individual, able to work with minimal supervision to deliver application support on the latest technologies and systems. The main responsibilities will include:  

  

  • Providing first- and second-line customer support for Muir’s core business systems, including but not limited to the Housing Management System (Cx), Asset Management System (Keystone), EDM system (DocuWare), MSO365; - SharePoint online, Teams and Power Apps.  

  • Manage the IT Service Desk; monitoring and resolving Incidents and promoting Changes.  

  • Working with staff and teams across the Association to enable process changes to be implemented in Muir’s business systems in a professional and timely manner  

  • Lead on testing new technology and cyclical system upgrades  

  • Provide low level SQL support and troubleshooting   

  • Being a Champion for BTT, digital working and mobile technology across the Association  

  • Providing training and materials on system changes and new technology solutions  

  • Working with staff and teams across the Association to ensure the benefits from new technologies, systems and business processes are fully realised.  

  

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in a Housing environment, however this is not essential for the right individual.
