Here at the RSK Group we are currently seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and grow within the business to join our growing environmental consultancy.

In this exciting new role, you will work closely with Project Managers on nationally significant infrastructure projects, ensuring that commercial objectives are achieved while the company upholds the highest standards of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

You will become an integral and vital part of a multidisciplinary team, providing innovative solutions to facilitate the delivery of complex projects, including Environmental Management, Ecology, Archaeology, Transport, Acoustics, Air Quality and many more specialist teams.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Help develop detailed cost plans in collaboration with project teams.
  • Participate in risk management activities, identifying, evaluating, and proposing strategies to mitigate commercial and environmental risks.
  • Input into procurement strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Assist with monitoring and control project budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting throughout all project phases.

You will also have opportunities to get involved in a wide range of tasks around contract administration, risk management, stakeholder engagement and reporting documentation.

Successful candidates will be required to travel as and when requested for team meetings and client visits.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

As our new Graduate you will have recently completed, or about to complete, a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. You will have a keen willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced consultancy environment, as well as effective communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of contract forms and commercial best practice.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience of MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Teams etc. environment.
