The Role
We are looking for a Social Value Manager to join our team, an exciting new role where you’ll shape and drive our social value strategy across the organisation. If you’re passionate about making a real difference and want to work somewhere that lives its values, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
As our Social Value Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a clear and measurable Social Value programme that supports our people, our communities, and our environment.

You’ll bring experience in Social Value or Corporate Social Responsibility, and a real passion for driving change. You’ll understand how to measure impact, engage stakeholders, and turn strategy into meaningful action.

Experience in the Education or Employability sector would be a bonus, but what matters most is your drive to create positive social impact.
Working hours and flexibility
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £45,000 per year. That said, we know flexibility can make all the difference, so we’re happy to talk about different working patterns — whether that’s fewer hours, specific days, or a potential job share. If you’re interested but need a bit of flexibility, please let us know what might work for you. The salary will be pro-rated to reflect any agreed part-time hours.
Must be available to be on site in Suffolk or Ipswich at least 2 days per week, remaining days home working.
