The Role
As our Compliance In-House Trainer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, person-centred training across our services. From induction to refresher sessions, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and on-site compliance training
  • Design and update training materials and e-learning content
  • Support training administration and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Champion our values and promote a culture of continuous learning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience within the care sector
  • Confident public speaker and training facilitator
  • Awareness of different learning styles
  • Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to seek and share knowledge.
  • Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations.
  • NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent is desirable
  • Train the Trainer qualification is desirable

  • A full driving licence is essential.
  • Flexibility to support business needs.
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation technique
