The Role
As our Compliance In-House Trainer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, person-centred training across our services. From induction to refresher sessions, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and on-site compliance training
- Design and update training materials and e-learning content
- Support training administration and evaluate training effectiveness
- Champion our values and promote a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within the care sector
- Confident public speaker and training facilitator
- Awareness of different learning styles
- Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to demanding deadlines.
- Ability to seek and share knowledge.
- Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations.
- NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent is desirable
- Train the Trainer qualification is desirable

- A full driving licence is essential.
- Flexibility to support business needs.
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation technique
