🌍 Group HSE Co-ordinator (Administration & Compliance)

Location: Hybrid - Leeds, Shepshed, Mansfield, Gloucester
Business Area: Professional Services – HSE & Group Supply Chain
Reports to: Group HSE Manager UK & Europe

Wednesday to Friday - 9am-4pm (18 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Group HSE Co-ordinator to support our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) function through expert administration and systems management. If you thrive in a detail-driven role and enjoy working with data, systems, and people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Group HSE function with administration and compliance across multiple business units.
  • Manage data collation for Cox Conserves sustainability projects and champion our Zero Waste Roadmap.
  • Coordinate and schedule ISO 14001 and 45001 audits, working with internal and external partners.
  • Produce accurate reports and analytics on incidents, audits, and environmental performance.
  • Maintain and promote our electronic legal register and HSE training systems.
  • Act as an internal HSE trainer, creating engaging content and managing our annual training calendar.

  • Strong administration and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be the point of contact for HSE coordinators across the business.
  • Experience managing electronic HSE databases and online training platforms.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver audits and compliance activities.
