We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to lead agricultural sales activity across a defined territory. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage a team of Business Development Managers, to drive performance and support the delivery of our agricultural strategy. Location: Midlands, East Anglia & Southeast

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering sales and margin targets across all agricultural categories. You’ll work closely with the Director of Retail Operations to shape regional strategy, lead your team, and collaborate with retail colleagues to strengthen our agricultural presence in-store. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines leadership, commercial insight, and sector expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing regional sales budgets and driving margin performance
  • Leading and coaching the Agri Field Sales team to meet KPIs and targets
  • Supporting business development through prospecting and customer engagement
  • Delivering CPD, team meetings, and dual calling to support colleague development
  • Collaborating with Head of Sales to execute the agricultural business plan
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Supporting product launches, campaigns, and seasonal offerings
  • Building strong relationships with retail teams to drive agricultural sales
  • Reporting on local commercial pressures and opportunities

About You

  • Experience in an agriculturally based business
  • Strong understanding of the UK agricultural marketplace
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management abilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building collaborative relationships
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence required
