About this role
Ready to take the lead at a busy rental site? As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll look after the smooth running of the branch, support customers with practical asset solutions and guide your team to deliver great service every day. You’ll take ownership of revenue, fleet utilisation, compliance and the day-to-day operation of a successful branch.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the branch with a focus on customer relationships, strong operational standards and commercial performance.
- Leading, coaching and supporting your team so they feel confident, capable and safe in their roles.
- Working closely with sales and support colleagues to deliver a reliable and professional hire experience.
What you’ll bring
You enjoy responsibility and like creating an environment where people feel supported and valued.
- Confidence leading a small team and helping people grow.
- Ease in a customer-facing role with an interest in building long-lasting partnerships.
- The ability to manage processes, prioritise tasks and keep administration accurate and organised.
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
- Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is helpful but not essential.
