💰Salary: £66,200 per annum    

📝Contract: Permanent, Full Time 

⏰Your week: 36.25 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm) 

📌Location: Hybrid - Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Boston and availability to travel between. Minimum 1 day a week 

 

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Head of Repairs, Assets and Growth to lead the business partnering function with the Finance Business Partnering – Assets Team, providing financial insight, challenge and support internal stakeholders.  

 

✨Snapshot of your role 

 

This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely financial reporting and analysis, whilst managing and developing a team of Finance Business Partners and Assistant Finance Business Partners. The successful candidate will act as a senior link between Finance and the wider business – building strong relationships, delivering financial insight and enabling informed decision-making that supports Amplius’ strategic objectives and ensures financial control and sustainability.  

 

This role covers Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Boston and availability to travel between. 

  

Minimum 1 day a week in one of our offices, but as the role requires. Full Team attendance once a month is required, generally in Peterborough. 

 

🔍What we’re looking for  

 

  • Qualified to CCAB or CIMA  

  • Experienced in leading a high performing team, and managing and developing finance teams 

  • Significant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting 

  • Strong understanding of budget setting, forecasting, and variance analysis 

  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making 

  • Technical accounting and financial reporting skills 

  • Experience in the housing or not-for-profit sector is desirable, but not essential
