Whitgift House is a unique and well-established care home offering high-quality nursing care alongside independent living options. We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold the high standards that underpin the John Whitgift Foundation’s long-standing reputation.

The successful candidate will be an organised, professional, and engaging leader with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will be comfortable building positive relationships with staff, residents, and relatives, while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Staff Training
All our staff take part in a structured training programme which is tailored to each individual and is geared to help them to offer the high standards of care that are expected in a Whitgift Care home.
