• Assessing works, planning tasks and requesting required materials
• Communicating clearly with customers and providing a professional, customer-focused service
• Completing job documentation accurately and on time
• Working to agreed targets and service standards
• Following all health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Participating in out-of-hours emergency cover when required

• Experience of multi-skilled housing maintenance and/or reactive repairs
• Experience working in a building or construction environment
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery skills, materials, tools and safety procedures
• Proven customer-focused approach with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including accurate completion of work documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces and in varying conditions
• Flexibility to participate in emergency and out-of-hours work

Desirable:
• Experience working within social housing
• Willingness to undertake additional trade-related training as required
