The Vacancy
Bright Futures Care is a specialist organisation supporting young people and adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties, including complex communication, sensory, and behavioural needs. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and education in high-quality environments, supported by passionate and skilled teams.
As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in attracting talented individuals who share our commitment to providing outstanding care. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and professional process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for homes and schools, from job posting to offer stage.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System and recruitment channels.
- Use data and insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Represent Bright Futures Care professionally, promoting our values and culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.
- Experience recruiting in the care sector is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
- HR/Recruitment qualifications desirable.
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
