Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Surveyor (Assets), based in Carlisle or Workington, with a salary of £38,760 - £41,310 per annum.

 

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Property Services Asset Team at CCHA as a Property Surveyor (Assets).

 

We are looking for candidates with skills and experience that includes:

Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline, knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures alongside a positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering improvements to their homes. Candidates will ideally have experience or knowledge of the “Social Housing” sector, construction health & Safety legislation and be a good communicator capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems.
