As Tracking & Reporting Executive, you will:

 

  • Digital Performance Tracking & Dashboards – Develop and maintain tracking systems and dashboards for digital products, marketing channels, and campaigns to provide actionable performance insights.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis – Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Data-Driven Reporting & Insights – Create and present detailed reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics, trends, and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Optimizing Tracking Systems – Ensure tracking mechanisms are robust, accurate, and consistently applied across all digital channels, supporting continuous improvement in marketing and fundraising efforts.
  • Collaboration & Data Integrity – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and data analytics, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integration across platforms.
  • Industry Best Practices & Compliance – Stay updated on industry trends, data tracking advancements, and data protection regulations to ensure compliance and best-in-class reporting practices.

 

We’re seeking someone with:

 

  • Proficiency in Analytics Tools – Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking platforms to monitor and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience in Tracking System Management – Proven ability to set up and manage tracking systems to ensure data reliability and performance measurement.
  • Data Reporting & Visualization – Competence in creating clear, insightful dashboards and reports for stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • CRM & Data Management (Desirable) – Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365, first-party data sharing, and customer data management best practices.
  • Understanding of Data Protection Regulations – Awareness of GDPR and data privacy best practices to ensure compliance in tracking and reporting activities.

 

Please note occasional travel will be required to our Head Office in Telford.
