Shifts include days, nights, sleep-ins, and every other weekend, offering variety and flexibility within a rewarding role.


About the Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same – and that’s what makes this role so fulfilling. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks

  • Encouraging independence and building confidence

  • Supporting individuals to access the community and take part in activities

  • Helping individuals achieve their dreams and personal goals

  • Providing emotional support and companionship

  • Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times

A Support Worker plays a vital role in empowering individuals to live happy, meaningful, and independent lives.


What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has a compassionate and caring nature

  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and understanding

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can work independently and as part of a team

  • Is reliable, flexible, and committed

  • Is willing to complete relevant training and development

Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide a comprehensive training programme.
