We’re looking for a caring, confident Senior Support Worker to join our team supporting women with complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance use and offending issues. 

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to help guide and support the wider team, making sure every woman who uses our service receives a complete person-centred support service.

In this role, you will:

• Support, mentor and coach Support Workers
• Lead by example and create a positive team culture
• Help maintain high-quality, person-centred support
• Check in on staff performance and offer practical guidance
• Be hands-on in delivering support when needed

What you’ll need:

✔ Experience in a support or senior support role
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔ The right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship visas)

Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
