Could you be the steady hand and friendly face that helps young people in Rhondda Cynon Taff take their next big step toward independence?
We are looking to recruit a full-time Support Worker (37hrs pw plus paid sleep in shifts) to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.
Shifts will include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends & sleep ins.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
