About this Role
As a Customer Service Executive within our Truck and Trailer division, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality rental service through effective fleet and branch operations. This role is hands-on, combining customer interaction, vehicle inspections, and operational coordination to ensure our fleet remains compliant, roadworthy, and ready for hire.

  • Conduct detailed vehicle check-in and check-out inspections to accurately record condition and identify damage.
  • Manage fleet readiness, ensuring all vehicles are clean, compliant, and fit for hire at all times.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external repair agents to minimise downtime and maintain service levels.
  • Handle customer communication professionally, including damage notifications and recharge authorisations.
  • Support branch operations including rental agreements, invoicing, and general administrative duties.

About You
You will be a proactive and organised individual with a strong customer service mindset and the confidence to handle both operational and customer-facing responsibilities. 

  • Full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Experience in a customer service or similar operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to balance firmness and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • An interest or background in transport, fleet, or asset rental is advantageous.
