About the role  

This is an exciting time to join Hundred Houses Society (HHS). We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst who will strengthen how we use data to improve services, support and demonstrate compliance, and deliver better outcomes for our customers. 

You will use your strong analytical and insight-driven skills to lead improvements in the quality, accuracy and accessibility of our data and develop clear and reliable reporting which will provide practical insights that support service improvement and regulatory compliance. Working closely with teams across Customer Services, Property, Housing, Finance and ICT, you will help us improve the quality, accessibility and interpretation of operational data.

About you  

We welcome applications from people who can demonstrate: 

  • Experience in business analysis, service improvement or change roles 

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills 

  • Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/reporting tool (Power BI desirable) 

  • Ability to analyse complex data and communicate clear, actionable insight 

  • Experience mapping and improving processes 

  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment 

  • Ability to interpret data for nontechnical audiences 

  • Inclusive, values-driven approach, aligned with social housing 

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills 

 

Desirable 

  • BCS Business Analysis certification (or willingness to work towards this). 

  • Familiarity with Civica Cx, SQL, Power BI or similar tools. 

  • Experience working in housing, public sector or regulated environments. 

  • Experience supporting digital or systems change, or facilitating workshops or training.
