This is an exciting opportunity to establish and lead Dance as a prominent and thriving discipline within the College. The postholder will create and shape the Dance Department from its inception building its vision, curriculum, performance culture and identity. They will provide strategic leadership for Dance across the College, delivering an inspiring, ambitious and inclusive programme that promotes excellence in both academic and performance spheres. 

In addition, the postholder will lead the Year 9 Drama curriculum and contribute to co-curricular drama for different year groups of pupils, ensuring a coherent, high-quality performing arts experience that nurtures creativity, collaboration and confidence.
