Join Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will act as the primary point of contact for your allocated broker portfolio, you will provide expert guidance and support across the full range of Close Brothers products and services. You will drive growth by onboarding new brokers, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving a new business target through effective upselling and cross‑selling. Our ideal team member will have previous Sales experience with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly volume and case count targets
  • Drive adoption of new products by confidently presenting and demonstrating value to brokers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio and wider networks. Oversee the onboarding of new brokers, assuring the journey is as smooth as possible.
  • Design, present, and implement a business plan to achieve penetration, organic growth, and profitability of the allocated portfolio.
  • Broker retention by securing new contracts and proactively renewing existing.
  • Analyse regular management information to review portfolio and broker performance.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with brokers, external partners, and internal teams to support excellent customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all broker matters, assisting with escalations and challenging broker requests.
  • Support brokers throughout the relationship, seek feedback, and take responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and attend appropriate corporate events and workshops to aid relationships and customer loyalty when asked.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
