Project Manager – Rail & Civil Engineering

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Wales business unit, leading the delivery of rail and civil engineering projects across the North Wales Coast. This role will play a key part in managing works delivered through long‑term frameworks and competitively tendered schemes, with an initial focus on footbridge widening and accessibility projects.
Current and upcoming works include Sandy Lane and Pen Uchaf footbridge widening schemes, forming part of Network Rail and Transport for Wales active travel and DDA compliance programmes, alongside wider CP7 civils and structures works across the region.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion, managing teams, programme, cost, safety, quality and stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced, possession‑based environment.

About You
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in rail and civil engineering, particularly structures and bridge‑related works. You will be comfortable managing works in possession environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects safely in live rail settings.
