Are you passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred housing support? If you have at least 12 months’ direct experience in housing‑related support services, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and leading by example within our service. You will help guide, mentor and develop the Support team, ensuring that individuals using our services receive consistent, compassionate, and empowering support tailored to their needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the day‑to‑day supervision, mentoring and coaching of Support Workers
  • Monitoring staff performance and offering constructive feedback to maintain high standards of care
  • Acting as a positive role model, promoting best practice and a person‑centred approach throughout the service
  • Helping to ensure quality support is available to every individual by actively influencing and improving service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience delivering housing‑related support services
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Legal right to work in the UK (please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)

Additional information:

  • This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Adult & Child Workforce), which we will fund if required

  • Helpu i sicrhau bod cymorth o ansawdd ar gael i bob unigolyn drwy ddylanwadu’n weithredol ar wella a datblygu darpariaeth y gwasanaeth
