The Vacancy

The role
The purpose of this role is to be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality, integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods. You will support the team in meeting all relevant expectations and standards relating to the social housing regulator and tenant satisfaction measures; complaints within scope of the housing ombudsman service; safeguarding adults and children; legal compliance in service charge management; and managing a diverse range of neighbourhoods through positive estate management. You will also work alongside the Income and Lettings team who are responsible for income collection and void allocations.
For this role you will need to follow housing policies and procedures effectively and understand the roles responsibilities, ensuring we remain legally compliant, whilst meeting regulatory requirements and the needs of our customers. Ensuring all customers are treated fairly, with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics, and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.
