We’re looking for a caring and committed Support Worker to join our team, working 24 hours per week with paid sleep-in shifts (on a rolling 4 week rota). The role is based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in Carmarthen, where you’ll provide practical and emotional support (no personal care) to young men and women aged 16–24 who have high-level, complex needs. Our goal is to help each young person build confidence and independence so they can move on to their own accommodation when they’re ready

Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Ideally candidates will hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle and must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).

Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
