The Vacancy
Our Temporary Accommodation project is seeking a *Female Senior Support Worker (24hrs pw) to assist our Operations Manager lead a team with compassion and purpose. The project supports women to rebuild, grow and thrive, promoting independence in a safe, trauma-informed environment where your leadership will support to help build themselves a brighter future and to live well.
You will be proactive in ensuring that quality support is available to all individuals within the service through the direct monitoring and influencing of staff performance and by acting as an excellent role model.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for if required.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
*We will only accept applications from females over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting in this project, making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
