The Vacancy
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Housing Support Worker to join our Keep My Home project based in Rhyl. This is a permanent, part-time position working 30 hours per week.
The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers an innovative, holistic housing-related support service across Denbighshire. The project is designed to help people sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. Support is flexible and person-centred, assisting individuals to address challenges such as mental ill health, substance use, or other complex issues, with the aim of improving overall health, wellbeing, and housing stability.
The service operates:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 8.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Applicants should ideally have experience in a similar housing or support role.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship visas are not available)
The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for
