We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our specialist home in Rixton, Warrington, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.

Job Role

Our Rixton residential service is set in a beautiful farmhouse on the rural outskirts of Warrington. Surrounded by scenic countryside yet still within reach of the town centre, the home offers a calm, spacious environment where the people we support can feel safe and settled.

The individuals living here are very active and thrive when spending time outdoors. They enjoy hikes, walks, and almost any activity that lets them explore nature, so our support focuses on helping them stay active, engaged, and enjoying the routines they love.

Someone with strong communication skills, a positive approach and the ability to build trust and reassurance will excel.
