The role of a Branch Manager:
Leads the branch team to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
Lead by example.
Lead the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
Has mentoring and coaching skills to bring the best out of your team.
Our ideal Branch Manager:
Will be a strong leader with sound commercial awareness.
Will be decisive.
Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and have energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require.
Must have a full valid driving license. A forklift truck license would be preferable but if not, training will be provided.
Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience. Full training will be provided

During onboarding if successful, personal details will be collected to create a personal employee record.
We are using Contract as our legal basis for processing, which means we can use your details and information so that we may assess your suitability for employment with us, as well as carry out our statistical analysis of recruitment.
Why do we collect this information and who do we share it with?

We will use some of your persona; data supplied if you are a successful candidate to create IT access to various employee systems if required by the terms of your employment.
We will store your application data for 6 months after the vacancy has closed. After this period, it will be data purged, and any personal data will be anonymised.
If you are a successful candidate your personal details supplied will be transferred to the Groups HR system database and removed for the onboarding portal.
We use some automated screening tools as part of this application process. The answers you provide to one or more of the questions (excluding any special categories/equal opportunity questions) may result in your application being automatically declined. This technology is used to help us manage the high volume of applications we receive and can assure applicants the same outcome would occur if we manually reviewed your application. The reason for the decline will be made available to you in your candidate account.
