The UK Sports Institute and British Gymnastics have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Nutritionist on a part time basis

Location: The role will be a hybrid role with at least 2 days on site at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, TF10 9AT

Join British Gymnastics as a Performance Nutritionist and play a vital role in supporting gymnast health, wellbeing and world-class performance. As an integral member of the Sport Science and Medicine Team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition support across the performance pathway, helping athletes optimise training, recovery and competition performance.

Working collaboratively with gymnasts, coaches, parents and multidisciplinary practitioners, you will coordinate and deliver nutrition services that empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve their full potential. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of innovative, gymnast-centred nutrition programmes aligned to the evolving demands of elite sport.

Based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre for a minimum of two days per week, this role offers the opportunity to travel across the UK to support gymnasts within their club environments, with occasional international travel to provide world-class support at camps and competitions. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven nutrition professional to make a meaningful impact on the success of British Gymnastics and its athletes.
