Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire £41,502.52 per year 39 hours/week

The Boards of Aspire Housing and whg have agreed to move forward with plans to merge, creating a new housing association with more than 32,000 homes across the Midlands.
Aspire Housing is seeking a reliable and experienced Electrician to join the electrical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out repairs and maintenance.
Fault finding and remedial works.
Install new circuits followed by relevant tests.
Consumer unit upgrades followed by relevant tests
Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Produce the relevant technical documentation. (EICR`s, EIC and MWC)
Collaborate with other trades and maintain safety standards
Requirements:
Experience in domestic electrical work (social housing preferred)
Competent in all aspects of Domestic electrical works
Full UK driving licence
Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
Able to prioritise workload
Able to assist in companies out of hours service
Good communication skills
Able to work as a team
