Responsive Repairs Coordinators - 12 Month FTC

This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for a Responsive Repairs Coordinator to provide comprehensive end to end coordination and oversight of the service, ensuring Supervisors are effectively supported to deliver timely, compliant repairs. Acting as the central point of control, the role proactively works with contractors and internal teams to prioritise workflows, reduce turnaround times, minimise rent loss, and maintain property standards, while supporting the Operations teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Support across the whole team to ensure efficient and effective administrative practices.
  • Accountable for resolving administrative queries related to the scope of the team.
  • Develop, manage and maintain an overall schedule of key activities for the team, ensuring that the team remains on track for delivering against the agreed plan – escalating issues to the Repairs Supervisors or Operations Manager if they arise.
  • Track, record and monitor that management actions are completed in order to ensure successful delivery of the team operating plan.
  • Validate and analyse data captured from surveys and inspections, liaising with Supervisors and Planners to ensure data is consistent and accurate

What we are looking for

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and experience of co-ordinating processes and people.
  • Experience of coordinating and collating a range of information and documentation from internal and external organisations.
  • Experience of analysing data and reporting outcomes.
  • High level of computer literacy (including a good working knowledge Microsoft Office packages) and significant experience of using a range of IT systems to a high degree of accuracy.
  • High level of analytical skill and logic.

Please note the office expectancy of this role is as follows: you will be required to be office based full time for a period of training before moving to hybrid working which will require you in the office 2-3 days a week.

  • 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.
  • 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at Delta Housing Ltd.
