The Vacancy
Sales Manager
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager’s key responsibility is to play a leading role in the successful delivery of the organisation’s new homes sales programme ensuring that all homes are sold efficiently, compliantly, and in line with organisational targets. You’ll be working closely with colleagues to ensure that every scheme is well‑positioned for market success, from initial design input through to customer experience and sales completion. As part of a dynamic and professional Sales and Marketing management team, you’ll help lead high performance across the Sales department and have real influence on our growth ambitions, working collaboratively to achieve our sales and customer experience targets, build our reputation and secure new business opportunities.
