We are looking for a dynamic and values-driven Senior Service Manager to join our West London and West England Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of homelessness services spanning outreach, prevention, housing first and housing-led support and recovery-focused provision across Oxfordshire and Reading.

Working closely with the Regional Head, you will play a central role in the leadership of services across the region. You will contribute to business development activity, support service mobilisation and growth, lead on strategic partnerships, and help ensure that St Mungo's remains at the forefront of developing innovative responses to homelessness and rough sleeping in the region.
