The Role
The Marketing Assistant will support marketing and communications activity across PeoplePlus's Employability, Health & Care division. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, you will help produce content, coordinate campaigns and keep our channels and materials up to date, giving people the information they need about the support and opportunities PeoplePlus offers.
This is an entry-level role, recruited through the Youth Jobs Guarantee scheme. It is a genuine opportunity to build a career in marketing within a large, multi-divisional organisation, with the training and support in place to help you develop your skills while contributing directly to campaigns that help people into work, training, and independent living.
You will get involved in a broad range of marketing activities including social media, email marketing, design, events, website content and reporting. No two weeks will look the same, and you will need to be organised, willing to learn and comfortable picking up new systems and platforms.
This role is full-time and offered on a hybrid basis, with the base location to be confirmed.
