Are you passionate about using technology, automation and AI to create new possibilities, improve services and accelerate organisational change?

Career Connect is looking for an ambitious and creative Digital Solutions Engineer to help deliver the next phase of our Digital Transformation 2.0 programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in turning strategic ambitions into practical solutions that improve customer experience, simplify processes, connect systems and create capacity for future growth.

Over recent years, Career Connect has invested significantly in its digital foundations, including CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and a growing portfolio of digital services. The next phase of our transformation journey is focused on maximising the value of those investments by accelerating innovation, increasing automation, improving integration between systems and developing more connected digital experiences that enhance outcomes for customers, colleagues and partners.

This role is not about maintaining business-as-usual systems or providing day-to-day IT support. It is about delivering change. Working as part of the Digital Transformation & Innovation Team, you will help move ideas from concept to reality by developing digital solutions, integrations, automations, AI-enabled workflows and prototypes that support organisational priorities and create measurable value.

You will work closely with colleagues across Digital & IT, Data & Insight, operational teams and the Innovation Lab to identify opportunities, test new ideas and implement practical solutions. Whether improving customer journeys, reducing administrative burden, developing automation, introducing AI-enabled services or helping bring new digital products to life, you will play a key role in helping Career Connect increase the pace of transformation and innovation.

This role is part of a test-and-learn investment through Digital Transformation 2.0 and offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of how Career Connect uses technology, data, automation and AI to improve impact, support growth and deliver excellent services.
