Hours: 35 hours week, working Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,170 - £35,744 per annum (RFJ 6)

This is a fantastic chance to broaden your experience, build new relationships across the organisation, and get hands on exposure to varied and fast paced areas of housing management.

Role

As a Housing Officer, you’ll have responsibility for your own neighbourhood patch, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. By building strong relationships, providing effective tenancy management, and tackling local issues, you’ll play a key role in creating thriving communities and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll enjoy a truly varied workload, working flexibly between locations, including community settings, emh offices, and home. No two days will be the same!

You will:

  • Provide a comprehensive housing management service across the North patches
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, partners, and colleagues
  • Support with estate management and anti-social behaviour cases
  • Bring fresh energy and adaptability to areas where demand is high
