What You’ll Do
• Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom • You will provide tailored support through 1:1, small group and in-class interventions, supporting learners with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties • Manage a caseload of learners, supporting attendance, study skills, English and Maths, engagement and achievement • Contribute to EHCP outcomes and support positive learner progression • Assist students in developing independence, confidence, and essential life skills • Adapt support strategies to meet individual learning requirements • Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure student success • Promote an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
What You’ll Bring
• Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (education, care, youth work, SEN support, or similar)
