Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs) brings organisations together to co-fund and implement regenerative agriculture and nature-based solutions to drive landscape resilience.

Since 2021, we have delivered more than €30m from organisations like Nestlé, Diageo and West Northamptonshire Council to 430+ farmers, to implement practices like cover crops, minimum tillage and habitat restoration.

We aim to increase soil health, water quality & conservation, and biodiversity, as well as mitigate climate change. In 2025 alone, LENs farmers reduced and removed 96,000 tonnes of CO₂e (carbon dioxide equivalent). Beyond environmental outcomes, we believe LENs will play a crucial role in raw material supply, de-risking supply chains and supporting livelihoods.

Funding goes to farmers: By practice, for those beginning the regen journey, By performance, for those leading the way, For innovation, to reduce the risk of trying something new.

LENs is active in 12 regions with more in development: East of England, Yorkshire, Leven (Scotland), West Wales, Tweed (Scottish/English borders) Western Hungary, two regions of Northern Italy, three regions of Western Poland and Australia (pilot). Our aim is to regenerate the landscapes we all depend on.

We're seeking an experienced project manager to deliver our flagship LENs programme in England in which two regional networks operate - East of England and Yorkshire. The role manages national delivery and ensures that trades are successful and delivering against targets in regenerative agriculture and nature-based solutions. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage delivery of LENs in England regions in line with Delivery plan, milestones and key targets
• Oversee quality of delivery for farmer implementation
• Facilitate work of technical support providers (liaising with Regenerative Farming Lead)
• Lead and coordinate national LENs events.
• Troubleshoot farmer payments and ensure farmers are clear on payment terms and process and evidence required.
• Ensure LENs platform data is kept up to date.
• Liaise with Impact and MRV teams to support data collection and analysis.
• Quality assure funder and farmer impact reports, track and document farm innovations funded by LENs.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with LENs Supply Aggregators, ensuring they are up-to-date with LENs developments.
• Be responsible for England subcontractor performance monitoring and relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, including supply chain actors and farmer organisations.
• Proactively engage with local and national government on opportunities for alignment between LENs and policy.
• Seek relevant grant funding opportunities, maintain awareness of similar landscape schemes, represent LENs at public meetings and forums, to advance knowledge, collaboration and support.

What we’re looking for:

• You'll have experience in either agriculture, land management or nature-based solutions and:
• On the ground experience of land management/farming in UK.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good knowledge of UK agriculture/environment policy contexts and able to navigate them.
• Excellent networking skills, able to form and develop relationships with contacts from private sector businesses, government agencies, public bodies and the farming sector.
• Excellent communication skills, showing attention to detail. Able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• An excellent working knowledge of UK agriculture sectors - production, supply chains, policy, et
• An organised and systematic approach to work.
• At least four year’s experience working in the natural capital, agricultural or ecosystem services sector.
• Excellent budget management experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• A clear and concise writing style, excellent verbal communication and the ability to present complex information in a clear way.
• Good client relationship management skills and confidence.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder workshops and meetings. 
• Passion for finding solutions to complex problems.
