We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to play a key role in ensuring Stori continues to deliver high-quality, safe, effective and person-centred services across Wales.

Reporting to our Director of Services, you’ll lead our approach to quality assurance, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement across our supported housing, homelessness, housing support and specialist domestic abuse services.

Working collaboratively with Stori's operational leaders and colleagues who are based throughout Wales, you’ll provide independent scrutiny, constructive challenge and practical support to help our services achieve and maintain the highest possible standards.

You’ll identify and share good practice, evaluate compliance with organisational, contractual and regulatory requirements, and work alongside managers to turn findings into meaningful and sustainable improvements.

This role is about more than compliance. You’ll help us learn, develop and continuously improve, using insight from across our services to inform organisational learning, service development and our wider strategic priorities.

You’ll also provide our senior leaders with confidence and assurance that our services are delivering what matters most: positive outcomes for the people we support.

If you have a keen eye for quality, can provide constructive challenge while building positive relationships, and are motivated by making good services even better, we’d love to hear from you.

Candidates must be able to prove their Right to Work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas) and can be based anywhere in Wales but must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle as this role will require extensive travel throughout Wales.

Rydym yn chwilio am Reolwr Sicrhau Ansawdd rhagweithiol i chwarae rhan allweddol wrth sicrhau bod Stori yn parhau i ddarparu gwasanaethau o ansawdd uchel, diogel, effeithiol sy’n canolbwyntio ar yr unigolyn ledled Cymru.

Gan adrodd i’n Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau, byddwch yn arwain ein dull o ymdrin â sicrhau ansawdd, monitro cydymffurfiaeth a gwelliant parhaus ar draws ein gwasanaethau tai â chymorth, digartrefedd, cymorth tai a gwasanaethau arbenigol ar gyfer cam-drin domestig.

Gan weithio’n gydweithredol gydag arweinwyr gweithredol Stori a chydweithwyr sydd wedi’u lleoli ledled Cymru, byddwch yn darparu craffu annibynnol, her adeiladol a chymorth ymarferol i helpu ein gwasanaethau i gyflawni a chynnal y safonau uchaf posibl.

Byddwch yn nodi ac yn rhannu arfer da, yn gwerthuso cydymffurfiaeth â gofynion sefydliadol, cytundebol a rheoleiddiol, ac yn gweithio ochr yn ochr â rheolwyr i droi canfyddiadau yn welliannau ystyrlon a chynaliadwy.

Mae’r rôl hon yn ymwneud â mwy na chydymffurfiaeth. Byddwch yn ein helpu i ddysgu, datblygu a gwella’n barhaus, gan ddefnyddio mewnwelediadau o bob rhan o’n gwasanaethau i lywio dysgu sefydliadol, datblygu gwasanaethau a’n blaenoriaethau strategol ehangach.

Byddwch hefyd yn rhoi hyder a sicrwydd i’n huwch arweinwyr bod ein gwasanaethau’n cyflawni’r hyn sydd bwysicaf: canlyniadau cadarnhaol i’r bobl rydym yn eu cefnogi.

Os oes gennych lygad craff am ansawdd, os gallwch ddarparu her adeiladol wrth feithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol, ac os ydych yn cael eich cymell gan wneud gwasanaethau da hyd yn oed yn well, byddem wrth ein bodd yn clywed gennych.

Rhaid i ymgeiswyr allu profi eu Hawl i Weithio yn y DU (nid ydym yn cynnig fisa nawdd) a gellir lleoli’r rôl unrhyw le yng Nghymru, ond rhaid bod gennych drwydded yrru lawn a mynediad at gerbyd gan y bydd y rôl hon yn gofyn am deithio helaeth ledled Cymru.

If you like working somewhere where you get to make a positive difference to people every day, we would love to hear from you.
