The Exciting Role
Are you a talented designer looking for a role where your creativity can make a genuine difference to people's lives?
At East Lancashire Learning Group, you'll be much more than a designer creating artwork behind the scenes. You'll be part of an ambitious, supportive and highly creative Marketing & Communications team, helping to shape how thousands of prospective learners, students, employers and community partners experience our colleges every year.
From developing inspiring prospectuses to being the design force behind recruitment campaigns, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life across print, digital, social media, video and campus environments. Every project offers the opportunity to influence perceptions, tell compelling stories and showcase the incredible achievements of our learners and staff.
This is also a role for someone who enjoys people as much as pixels. You'll regularly work alongside colleagues from across the Group, contribute creative ideas, support photoshoots and content creation, and play an active part in Open Events, recruitment events and college activities where you'll meet and engage directly with learners and prospective students. These face-to-face interactions help ensure our creative work authentically reflects the people and communities we serve.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys sharing ideas, embraces new creative challenges and wants to contribute to something bigger than a brand. If you're passionate about design, excited by variety, and motivated by the opportunity to inspire future generations, we'd love to hear from you.
Join us and help tell the stories that shape futures.

The successful candidate will be primarily based at Lancashire Adult Learning but will be required to travel across sites.
